Breast Cancer Screening
I am aged 40 or more and wish to arrange breast cancer screening / I have been referred by BC Cancer and require an intake visit.
Colon Cancer Screening
I am aged 50-74 and wish to arrange a test for colon cancer screening.
Cervical Cancer Screening
I am aged between 25 and 69 and wish to arrange cervical cancer screening.

1. Booked through CanScreen or were asked to register;
2. Booked a mammogram directly through BC-Cancer;
3. Booked a colonoscopy through Island Health and had results sent to CanScreen
